10. Check with your doctor to rule out physical problems that may be affecting you mobility.
 9. Make sure your footwear is properly fitting and supportive.
 8. Start gradually, about 5-10 minutes at first.
 7. Make exercise a part of your daily routine.
 6. Find an exercise partner to keep you motivated.
 5. Pay attention to your body....If "it hurts" ..stop! and consult your doctor.
