General Guideline for Registration

  • Download the registration form and fill in the form.
  • Submit it to info@jiua.org as an e-mail attachment.
  • You will receive the confirmation note via e-mail from info@jiua.org.
  • Air Flight: Please inform your flight information to the JIUA at info@jiua.org via e-mail when you complete the reservation.
  • Accommodation: Two hotels near the conference facility are Righa Royal Hotel of Tokyo and Hotel Sunroute Takadanobaba.
  • Registration fee will be accepted at the registration desk of the conference site. Please note that the JIUA will not accept credit card transactions or U.S. $ checks.
    Only cash in yen will be accepted.

Registration Fee

A. 3-Day Pass (Day 1-3) - Regular (12,000 Yen) = $109.35+/- (Based on May 2006 currency exchange rate)
A. 3-Day Pass (Day1-3) - Student (4,000 Yen) = $36.44+/-

B. 4-Day Pass (Day 1-4) - Regular (15,000 Yen) = $136.68+/-
B. 4-Day Pass (Day 1-4) - Student ( 6,000 Yen) = $54.68+/-
C. Reception Party (Aug. 4th, Evening) ( 5,000 Yen) = $45.56+/- (Combined to A or B)

Presentation Opportunity

All presenters at plenary lectures and concurrent sessions are determined. However, if you have an interest in presenting your practice and/or research findings at the conference on August 4, some presentations at roundtable discussions are available.
